Celebrating 5 Years of Connection, Collaboration, and Community

Monthly Roundtables enable members to connect and collaborate virtually to discuss timely topics about the industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities. These peer-led discussions are highly interactive video conference calls with the expectation that all participants contribute – no flies on the wall! Please come prepared to share your own experiences, challenges, and success stories.

This is a great opportunity to build relationships, generate ideas, get feedback, and meet other leaders in the industry with a similar professional focus.

The Types Of Roundtables We Offer

Executive Roundtables

IT and engineering staffing owners and executives come together to address relevant industry topics, from market trends to best business practices. 

Our Executive Roundtables are small, invite-only groups designed specifically for C-suite leaders and owners. We limit attendance to ensure the discussions stay focused on the unique challenges executives face at that level. 

These groups meet the first week of the month (loosely grouped by firm size and focus) – Tuesdays at 3:00 PM ET; Wednesdays at 11:00 AM ET and 1:00 PM ET.

Recruiters and Sales Roundtables

These roundtables are designed to facilitate a peer-to-peer dialogue between recruiters and sales professionals on trends, tools and other common topics. Join these sessions to share your thoughts on strategies, trends and other questions or challenges that keep you up at night. 

These groups meet the second week of the month – Tuesdays at 3:00 PM ET; Wednesdays at 1:00 PM ET.

Executive Women Roundtable

Collaborative discussions exclusively designed for the executive women in our TechServe community to discuss opportunities, challenges, and strategies in the IT and engineering staffing industry. 

Our Executive Roundtables are small, invite-only groups designed specifically for C-suite leaders and owners. We limit attendance to ensure the discussions stay focused on the unique challenges executives face at that level. 

This group meets the third week of the month –  Wednesdays at 1:00 PM ET.

Quarterly Marketing Roundtable

This roundtable is designed to facilitate a peer-to-peer dialogue between marketing professionals on trends, tools and other topics of interest. Join these sessions to share your thoughts on strategies, trends and other questions or challenges that keep you up at night.

Quarterly CFO Roundtable

The CFO roundtable provides a forum for CFOs and others with a financial role to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn from each other’s experiences. Discussions may include topics such as financial strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and other challenges that CFOs face.

Quarterly HR Roundtable

The HR roundtable is designed to facilitate a peer-to-peer dialogue between HR professionals on trends, tools and other topics of interest. Join these sessions to share your thoughts on strategies, trends and other questions or challenges that keep you up at night.

Public Sector Roundtable

The Public Sector Roundtable provides a forum for firms doing business with local, state and federal government agencies to exchange ideas, share best practices and learn from each other’s experiences.

This roundtable brings together firms leveraging RPO and offshore/nearshore recruiting models to share real-world insights, strategies, and challenges.
