Roger Kipe is the President of Staffing at Capstone IT, where he leads the firm’s nationally recognized staffing division and drives strategic growth across its U.S. operations. Over his 13 years with Capstone IT (and more than 26 years in the IT industry) Roger has helped transform the company’s staffing division into a powerhouse of innovation, integrity, and measurable client impact.

Under his leadership, Capstone IT has achieved sustained double-digit growth and surpassed $18.5 million in annual revenue. He has championed data-driven and people-centered approaches to recruiting, integrating automation, analytics, and quality-control systems that elevate both recruiter performance and candidate experience. Roger also pioneered the firm’s client-maturity model, a framework that deepens client relationships and enhances outcomes through continuous improvement.

A recent appointee to the TechServe Alliance Board of Directors, Roger brings a forward-thinking vision for how technology and human leadership can work hand in hand.
