Ventured into business since 1995 wanting to prove entrepreneurship capabilities during a time when very few software companies existed in the Valley or were run by people with Diverse or minority background.

Cofounded and Launched two software product companies prior to Intelliswift where Pat was wholly accountable for product development, products launch strategy, and product management of the Enterprise App Integration connecters which were white labelled and sold in the market by fortune 1000 companies.

Following a setback during the dot com bust and starting again from ground up, learning from the humbling experience Pat Launched Intelliswift in 2001, to tackle new and demanding projects, while applying an out-of-the-box approach; and the values of applying integrity, hard work and fairness with any assignment.

Over the past 20 years Pat has been known as a thought leader and prolific Speaker, having delivered talks as a keynote speaker at Techserve Alliance / ITServe Alliance, Staffing Tec, SIA / Wharton Startup Leadership and others

Have Mentored, funded, and supported multiple minority ventures with diverse backgrounds both in technology and non-technology
Using out of box thinking, Pat has organically grown to become one of the few large IT staffing companies in the Bay Area. Having done 4 successful acquisitions under Intelliswift either for regional expansion, customer acquisition and providing Niche services, Pat has been instrumental in ensuring the acquisitions are successful while maintaining the Integrity and the culture which is always tough in an M&A. Under Pat’s leadership, Intelliswift has grown to 1400 people offering both Staffing and outsourcing services to Fortune 100 companies in the Bay Area.

Pat has a Master of Business Administration, MBA from Wharton School of Business, UPenn and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, SP College of Engineering, Mumbai

During his spare time and weekends Pat enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, gardening and traveling
