Manuel Vidal

Manuel Vidal is the EVP of Development & Strategy at SSi People and a member of the TechServe Alliance Board of Directors. For the last 10 years, Vidal served in executive roles that prioritized engagement and experience, ultimately leading his previous company as CEO during its most successful period of growth.

Vidal is a dynamic executive and change agent who believes that strong organizations are built by first building the people within the organization. This people first mantra has guided him to successfully lead teams to achieve growth at every level of the organizations he has worked with.

Mr. Vidal holds a degree in Public Relations from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys coaching soccer, traveling to visit family in the Azores, and spending time with his two sons and twin daughters.
