
Sean Gilligan is a seasoned leader in the talent acquisition and technology staffing industry, with extensive experience in contingent staffing, executive recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, and technology professional services. Over his career, he has built and scaled high-performing teams, driven revenue growth, and led strategic business transformations.
Most recently, Sean has been focused on consulting for staffing companies and strategic technology suppliers within the staffing industry, helping organizations optimize their business strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. He works closely with leadership teams to navigate industry challenges, improve go-to-market strategies, and implement innovative solutions.
Previously, Sean served as Regional Vice President, Sales & Operations at Signature Consultants (now Dexian), where he was tasked with overseeing the North East US Region and assisting the business through their acquisition by DISYS. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Harvey Nash, Inc., rising from an entry-level recruiter to President of Technology Recruitment – North America, overseeing a team spread across North America, Europe, and Asia – focused on contingent staffing, strategic full time hiring, and outsourced technology solutions. His leadership was instrumental in launching new business divisions, securing major RPO deals, and driving international expansion.
A recognized thought leader in the staffing industry, Sean has been a National Board Member of TechServe Alliance since 2019 and was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Top Millennials in Staffing list. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
