The Leadership Essentials Series is a two-part virtual leadership development training program presented by TechServe Alliance and powered by ClearEdge Rising. Designed specifically for emerging and advancing leaders in the staffing and solutions industry, this coach-led series builds the essential competencies that drive stronger teams, higher performance, and long-term leadership impact.
Facilitated by Jennifer Higgins, ACC, Certified Executive Leadership Coach, each series includes five interactive webinar sessions focused on practical tools, real-world application, and peer learning. Participants will gain actionable strategies they can apply immediately to improve communication, motivation, collaboration, trust, and overall leadership effectiveness. While live participation is encouraged to maximize engagement, on-demand recordings and supporting handouts are available for all sessions.
